Take the time to wipe down the inside of the globes with a damp cloth moistened with a mild soap and water solution. Re-wipe with a damp cloth moistened with clean water and dry well. When filling the machines with product, always wear latex or similar gloves. These can be purchased from your local drug store. Always keep your scoop in sanitary condition. It may be a good idea to use a cart or small portable table when attending to your machines on location so that all of your products and service equipment are kept off the floor.

When handling your product boxes, always store in a cool, dry and clean environment. Always seal opened product to keep it fresh, and adhere to the “best before” dates as per the product manufacturer.

When servicing your machines, empty out all unused product, and discard any that is no longer fresh. The safest way to clean your machine is using dry methods, such as good quality paper towels and nylon brushes for this purpose.
